From Forrest Gump's Gym

Huge is as huge does.

And, of course:

Life is like a set of freeweight barbell squats. You never know when you're going to throw up.

Well, is the first of it's kind that I've found. Do you go for mass, or strength? Never did go full blast into training, but what was done , sure helped. Are you going to post any routines?

I don't think I have ever thrown up. But a couple of times I staggered over to a pile of mats and fell asleep for a quarter hour or so, particularly after doing core work. Not recommended...the acid doesn't get flushed out of the system, and you have trouble climbing out of bed t'next day.

Once in a while I would get acid reflux, but usually only when I was flopping around on the floor trying to build my back.
